Photo4x4 photographic expeditions run all year round and we cater for all weather conditions. Our expert knowledge of photography, our local knowledge of the Northern Scottish Highlands and using our Land Rover mean that we can get you just where you need to be to get the best photo opportunities. Limited to a maximum of 2 persons per expedition so you get personal attention. You can book by the day for 1, 2 or 3 days, we can therefore tailor the expedition just for you.
Weekday or weekends are available and we can also provide B&B accommodation. If you have a weeks holiday why not spend a couple of days with us and then go off exploring on your own?
Whether on holiday or for a professional ‘shoot’, your expert guide will take you to just the right locations to get those very special shots. Our rugged 3.9 litre V8, 4x4 Land Rover is no mere ‘big boy’s toy’. This is a serious off-road vehicle that is an ideal base for our photographic expeditions.
There is ample room to stow your kit and you can review your digital photographs from the comfort of the specially designed interior on our flat screen monitor.

For the ‘Photographic Expedition’ we go to great lengths to get you some very special photo opportunities. For example we may go over to the West Coast and go out in a small boat to photograph seals feeding or to get spectacular photographs of the magnificent sea lochs.
These expeditions last from 8 to 10 hours depending on the time of year and we cover such subjects as: mountains, seascapes, landscapes, geology, ancient history, wildlife, sunsets and sunrises and even night photography..
